Hiring: Accountant Omshiva Test House Pvt. Ltd. Location: Patliputra Colony, Patna, Bihar CTC :Rs.15000 to Rs.25000 monthly Omshiva Test House Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a meticulous and experienced Accountant to manage our financial records and ensure statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate accounting and be proficient in modern accounting software. A. Key Responsibilities: 1. Bookkeeping & General Ledger: Managing daily business transactions, accounts payable (A/P), and accounts receivable (A/R) in Tally Prime. 2. Taxation & Compliance:
* Accurate calculation and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B). 3. Handling TDS & TCS deductions and quarterly return filings. 4. Assisting in Income Tax computations and coordinating with the company’s Tax Consultant/CA. 5. Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports for management review. 6. Banking & Reconciliation: Monthly bank statement reconciliations and managing company fund flows. 7. Audit Support: Preparing audit schedules and documentation for Statutory and Internal Audits. B. Eligibility Criteria: 1. Education: B.Com or M.Com (degree in Accounting/Finance). 2. Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a corporate accounting role. 3. Software Expertise:
* Advanced Tally Prime (with GST & Payroll modules). 4. MS Excel: Proficiency in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and financial dashboards. 5. Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, GST laws, and TDS provisions.
