Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Lead Generation Intern based in Patna. The Lead Generation Intern will support the sales and marketing teams by identifying potential clients, researching target markets, and building lists of new leads using online tools, databases, and social media platforms. Daily tasks include qualifying prospects, updating and maintaining lead records in CRM or spreadsheets, and assisting in outreach activities such as emails, calls, and follow-ups under guidance from senior team members. The intern will help track responses, schedule meetings or demos for the sales team, and prepare basic reports on lead generation activities and campaign performance. The role also involves collaborating with team members to refine lead criteria, understand SoluServ’s services, and contribute ideas to improve lead generation processes. Qualifications Strong interest and foundational skills in New Leads and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and nurture potential business opportunities. Ability to conduct structured Market Research, analyze target segments, and gather relevant business and contact information. Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with prospects and support sales outreach activities. Interest in Sales, with a willingness to learn sales funnels, prospect qualification, and basic CRM or lead tracking tools. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Comfortable working on-site in Patna, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized work approach. Basic familiarity with online research tools, spreadsheets, and productivity software; exposure to CRM or sales tools is a plus.
