ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:-

Key Responsibilities Collect milk and dairy product samples from production lines. Perform quality tests on: Raw milk Pasteurized milk Curd, butter, paneer, ghee, etc. Check: Fat percentage SNF (Solid-Not-Fat) Acidity Moisture Adulteration Microbial contamination Operate laboratory instruments and testing equipment. Maintain laboratory cleanliness and safety standards. Prepare and maintain test reports and records. Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as: FSSAI ISO HACCP Assist production and quality assurance teams in solving quality issues. Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.

Required Skills Knowledge of dairy testing methods Understanding of food safety and hygiene Basic microbiology and chemistry knowledge Attention to detail Record-keeping and reporting skills Ability to operate lab instruments

Pay: ₹15,000.00
