Job Description

? Running the HR function and working closely with the HR Manager.

? Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

? Manage the recruitment and selection process.

? Preservation of human capital.

? Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

? Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

? Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

? Advising the company of relevant HR processes and procedures.

? Writing job descriptions and handling the full recruitment process.

? Overseeing and monitoring employee annual leave.

? Being responsible for compensation and perks administration.

? Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees.

? Carrying out employee induction, development, needs assessment, and training.

Job Location – Patna, Bihar

Salary Slab – 1.44 to 1.80 LPA
