Looking For Quality Control Microbiologist Patna

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Microbiologist to join our team in Patna. The ideal candidate will have experience in microbiological testing and quality assurance in a laboratory setting.

Microbiological Testing: Conduct tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to detect the presence of microorganisms. This ensures product safety and compliance with industry standards.

Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality systems in the laboratory. This includes documentation, standard operating procedures, and review processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Data Analysis: Analyze test results and compile reports. You will summarize findings and provide recommendations based on data, aiding decision-making in product quality.

Research and Development Support: Collaborate with R&D; teams to develop and validate recent testing methods. Your input will help improve existing products and ensure recent ones meet safety standards.

Training and Mentoring: Assist in training junior staff and interns in microbiological techniques and laboratory safety. Sharing your expertise helps build a knowledgeable team.

Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on laboratory equipment. This ensures that all tools are functioning properly for accurate test results.

To excel in this role, candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or a related field. A minimum of 1 to 6 years of experience in quality control in a lab setting is expected. Attention to detail, robust analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are essential for success in this position.
