Role Description

This is a full time hybrid role for a Social Media Content Creator, based in Patna, with the flexibility to work from home as appropriate. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for designing, creating, and managing engaging content for social media platforms. Primary responsibilities include developing social media strategies, scheduling and publishing posts, analyzing content performance, and growing community engagement. The role may also involve collaborating with the marketing and design teams to align content with the brand identity.

Qualifications

Content Creation and Copywriting skills with experience in crafting engaging social media posts and creative captions.

Strategic Planning skills, including proficiency in social media strategy, calendar development, and campaign management.

Graphic Design and Video Editing skills, including experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Social Media Analytics skills to track performance metrics and optimize campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media dashboards.

Interpersonal and Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Basic photography and videography skills are a plus.
