Job Title: Social Media Associate / Social Media Manager (In-Office)

Location: Boring Road, Patna, In-Office

Salary: Rs 12,000 — Rs 18,000 (based on experience & Selection Process)

Growth: Performance-based increment after 3–6 months

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and analytical Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our audience, building brand awareness, and driving meaningful engagement to support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.

Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms

Assist in developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns.

Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals.

Stay updated with the latest platform features, trends, formats, and algorithm changes (Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.).

Monitor social media performance using insights and analytics tools.

Brainstorm and execute creative ideas and engagement-driven campaigns.

Support shoot planning and content coordination when required

Skills and Qualifications:

- 03 year of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Robust understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with paid ads management and social media boosting (preferred).
