- Must have:
- TC Level certification
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- FSO Banking Accreditation
- Experience in banking and financial services domain implementations
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and workflows
- Ability to work independently in a remote delivery environment

- Experience with:
- Banking operations workflows
- Customer servicing processes
- Case management
- Workflow automation
- Financial services digital transformation
- Exposure to integration and ServiceNow configuration/customization
