Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Rockwell Pharma Suite and FactoryTalk MES applications to support manufacturing operations.
- Lead the integration of MES with SAP ERP and other enterprise systems to ensure smooth data flow and process synchronization.
- Ensure all MES implementations and processes comply with GxP regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, IT, and Manufacturing to gather requirements and translate them into MES solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Conduct system validation and support audits to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system design, validation, and operational procedures.
- Provide training and technical support to end-users to maximize the effective use of MES tools.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to MES architecture and integration strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience with MES systems, specifically Rockwell PharmaSuite and FactoryTalk MES.
- Robust experience in system integration, particularly with SAP ERP.
- In-depth knowledge of GxP compliance requirements and experience working in regulated environments.
- Proven ability to manage MES projects from conception through deployment and support.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Relevant certifications in MES or automation technologies are a plus.
