Company Description Bihar Entrepreneurs Association (BEA), established in 2011, is a not-for-profit organization founded by passionate youth to promote entrepreneurship in Bihar and neighboring states. Focused on economic empowerment for youth and women, especially from underprivileged backgrounds, BEA supports grassroots entrepreneurs and startups through initiatives in inspiration, preparation, and execution. With over 1 lakh direct interactions and 250+ workshops, BEA has enabled 200+ recognized startups and over 3,000 entrepreneurs. BEA’s work has been funded by reputable organizations, including the Government of Bihar, India’s Ministry of MSME, and International Labour Organization, and has been featured in global academic and research journals. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role based in Patna, Bihar, for a Project Intern. Daily responsibilities include supporting project planning and execution, conducting grassroots research, assisting in event management for workshops and conferences, preparing reports, and interacting with entrepreneurs. The selected candidate will contribute to entrepreneurial activities and initiatives that drive economic empowerment in the region. Qualifications
- Solid skills in Research, Data Analysis, and Report Writing
- Proficiency in Event Coordination, Project Management, and Organizational Skills
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with ability to work collaboratively
- Interest in Entrepreneurship Development and Social Impact initiatives
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar tools is preferred
