Facility Manager (Patna)

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day studio and facility operations.
- Ensure smooth fulfillment of faculty and academic requirements.
- Handle vendor management, contracts, procurement, invoices, and expenses.
- Monitor and maintain UPS, batteries, AC, HVAC, electrical, and building systems.
- Oversee IT and studio equipment monitoring.
- Maintain facility checklists, SOPs, compliance, and safety standards.
- Track assets, expense data, budgeting (Opex/Capex), and documentation.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, crisis management, and infrastructure planning. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Positive knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, HVAC, UPS, batteries, and building maintenance.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of procurement, invoices, expense management, SOPs, and compliance.
- Understanding of asset management and Opex/Capex concepts.
