Job Opening: Continental Cook / Café Chef – Brew & Bites Location: SK Puri Park, Boring Road, Patna Requirements Prior experience in a bakery, café, pastry shop, or fast-food outlet is mandatory. Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in food preparation.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cakes and pastries handling
- Sandwiches and burgers
- Shakes, coffee, and beverages
- Pasta and quick-food items
- Knowledge of baking basics, cake handling, and dessert shelf-life management.
- Understanding of food hygiene, kitchen safety, and quality standards.
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Experience in stock control and kitchen inventory management.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve pasta, sandwiches, burgers, shakes, and other café menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products.
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and quality guidelines.
