Responsibilities Collaborate with the clients based out of the U.S to understand their hiring needs. Source, screen, and qualify the candidates. Assist the Hiring Managers and ensure that the best candidates are placed. Maintain candidates' timesheets and track their performance. Develop and foster a healthy relationship with the vendors.Assist fellow team members if or when required. Requirement 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment Great understanding of Visas and Tax-terms. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Effective negotiating skills Familiarity with online job hunting websites such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, and TechfetchExperience working on ATS&CRMs such as Bullhorn, Ceipal, and Job diva Agility to work in Night Shift (7 PM to 4 AM) Must have experience in supporting MSP/VMS/Implementation Partners
