Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations across multiple centers for smooth functioning
- Implement SOPs, policies & monitor KPIs for performance
- Manage facilities, vendors, AMC contracts & compliance
- Handle financials: P&L;, budgeting, cost control, accounts
- Ensure GST, taxation & audit compliance
- Lead HR functions: hiring, payroll, team management
- Drive client satisfaction & handle escalations
- Maintain MIS reports & operational documentation Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce/Management
- Experience in operations/facilities/real estate/coworking
- Solid knowledge of accounts, GST & compliance
- Multi-location operations experience preferred
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, MS Office Key Skills
