Senior Video Editor (Patna)

QYOU Media and Chtrbox is looking for a full-time Editor (Digital) to join our fast-growing, award-winning creator marketing and digital content ecosystem. At QYOU , we harness the power of creators, culture, and communities to build impactful influencer marketing and social media campaigns for leading global and Indian brands. Our client portfolio includes names such as Paramount, Disney, Heinz, Hyundai, Ubisoft, Warner Bros, along with several marquee Indian brands across FMCG, lifestyle, tech, and entertainment. As an Editor, you will be responsible for editing social-first influencer-led content, branded campaigns, platform-native videos, and internal marketing assets across both QYOU Media and Chtrbox businesses. You will work closely with creative strategists, campaign managers, creator teams, production, and sales teams to deliver best-in-class content across multiple campaigns. This is a fast-paced, multi-dimensional role requiring creativity, speed, precision, and a solid understanding of social media content trends. Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality short-form and long-form digital content for influencer campaigns, branded partnerships, and social platforms.
- Create engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Meta, and other emerging platforms.
- Support editing requirements for both client-facing campaigns and internal brand marketing content.
- Work with internal teams during both pre-sale and post-sale stages to visualize and execute creative deliverables.
- Organize footage, assets, project files, and ensure adherence to security protocols for sensitive client materials.
- Implement feedback efficiently from internal stakeholders, creators, and clients.
- Build sizzle reels, case studies, pitch videos, and showcase content for business development.
- Stay updated on platform trends, video specs, editing styles, transitions, and evolving best practices.
- Support multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining quality and deadlines. Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 5 years of professional editing experience in digital media / social media / content production.
- Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics, typography, and animation.
- Solid sense of storytelling, pacing, hooks, retention editing, and audience attention spans.
- Familiarity with creator economy content formats and influencer-led storytelling.
- Experience with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Box, Frame.io or similar collaboration tools.
- Highly organized with strong project management ability.
- Comfortable handling multiple rapid-turnaround projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
- Self-starter attitude with ownership mindset.
- Comfortable working in Night Shift (US Time Zone) Good to Have
- Experience editing influencer / creator campaigns.
- Hands-on production / DIT experience.
- Knowledge of TikTok-first editing styles.
- Interest in entertainment, gaming, streaming, pop culture, and internet trends.
- Thumbnail creation / design basics.
