Akasa Finance Limited is looking for a dedicated and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling legal documentation, compliance matters, recovery-related legal cases, and coordination with advocates and legal authorities. Key Responsibilities Handle legal documentation and compliance-related activities Draft, review, and vet agreements, notices, and legal documents Coordinate with advocates, legal authorities, and internal teams Manage recovery and collection-related legal matters Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations and company policies Maintain proper legal records and case follow-ups Candidate Requirements LLB / LLM preferred 2–6 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, Finance, or Legal sector Robust knowledge of legal and recovery procedures Good communication and drafting skills Ability to handle legal matters independently Local area knowledge will be an added advantage Preferred Skills Legal drafting Recovery case handling Compliance management Negotiation and coordination skills Pay: ₹20,000.00
