An Automotive Showroom Store Manager directs the daily operations of a vehicle dealership. They drive sales targets, oversee floor and inventory management, and lead sales teams to deliver premium customer experiences. Responsibilities include resolving client escalations and managing financing, trade-in, and marketing efforts. Core Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Set and smash monthly sales targets by training, engaging, and coaching the floor sales team.
- Showroom Operations: Oversee the layout, presentation, and merchandising of vehicles. Ensure test models are maintained, and all brand guidelines are strictly enforced.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Review inventory to ensure the proper mix of stock for maximum turnover efficiency. Coordinate with purchasing and vendors for vehicle and accessory replenishment.
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the point of contact for VIP clients and complex negotiations. Address and resolve customer escalations promptly.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like footfall, conversion ratios, and overall revenue growth. Prepare sales performance and forecast reports for upper management.
- Compliance & Admin: Ensure all sales, financing, insurance, and trade-in documents are processed accurately and comply with local regulations and dealership policies. Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (often preferred, though proven experience is prioritized).
- Experience: 5+ years of combined experience in automotive retail sales, with at least 2–3 years stepping into a leadership or management role.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with vehicle features, automotive financing, insurance, and the trade-in lifecycle.
- Key Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, high emotional intelligence (for client relations), and strong data analysis skills. Pay: ₹20,000.00
