Social Media Manager – Team Lead (TL) Company: Corcus Studio LLP Location: Gola Road, Patna, Bihar Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month Job Type: Full-Time About the Role Corcus Studio LLP is looking for a creative, strategic, and result-driven Social Media Manager – Team Lead (TL) to lead our social media operations and content execution team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media trends, content planning, team coordination, and brand communication across multiple platforms. Roles & Responsibilities Social Media Management
- Manage and oversee daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars and posting strategies.
- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content opportunities. Team Leadership
- Lead and coordinate the social media/content team.
- Assign tasks to designers, editors, writers, and interns.
- Ensure timely content delivery and campaign execution.
- Conduct regular team reviews and performance tracking. Content Strategy
- Develop engaging content ideas, reels concepts, and campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with cinematographers and editors for shoot planning.
- Maintain brand tone, consistency, and visual identity. Analytics & Reporting
- Track engagement, reach, leads, and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Optimize content strategy based on analytics and audience insights. Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients regarding approvals, feedback, and campaign updates.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable social media strategies. Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube algorithms.
- Experience in social media handling and content strategy.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and campaign management is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar platforms.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Creative thinking and trend awareness.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities. Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management.
- Prior team handling experience preferred.
