Job Responsibilities:

Pathology & Diagnostics

Oversee quality pathology reporting and diagnostic accuracy across the zone.

Provide expert diagnostic interpretation and clinical consultation when required.

Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and reporting protocols.

Lab Operations & Compliance

Monitor laboratory operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with NABL protocols and quality standards.

Drive quality improvement initiatives and support audit preparedness.

Team Leadership

Lead, guide, and mentor pathology teams across locations.

Support capability building and ensure high performance within teams.

Foster collaboration and operational discipline across the function.

Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with internal stakeholders for accurate and timely reporting.

Work closely with operations and lab teams to maintain service excellence.

Ensure effective communication and escalation management when required.

Job Requirements:

Strong expertise in pathology reporting and diagnostics.

In-depth understanding of NABL standards and quality compliance.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical, clinical, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-growth healthcare environment.
