Office Admin Location: Trivandrum, Pattom Experience: 1–4 years Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy About the Role We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Admin to manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should be efficient, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks independently. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration and coordination
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation
- Prepare reports, letters, invoices, and basic MIS
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and field teams
- Assist management with administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain office supplies and vendor coordination
- Ensure smooth office workflow and discipline Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Degree
- Experience: 1–4 years as Office Admin or similar role
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Valuable communication skills
- Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and under pressure Salary & Benefits
