Job Title: Student Counselor / Education Consultant Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Student Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students for overseas education opportunities in New Zealand, Ireland, Australia, the UK, and other countries. The role involves guiding students throughout the admission and visa process while ensuring continuous follow-up and engagement. Key Responsibilities
* Contact and counsel prospective students regarding overseas education opportunities.
* Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and preferences to suggest suitable study options.
* Provide accurate information about universities, colleges, courses, eligibility, and admission requirements for countries including Recent Zealand, Ireland, Australia, the UK, and others.
* Register students with the company and maintain proper student records.
* Coordinate with the Admission Department for application processing and admissions.
* Follow up regularly with students throughout the admission and visa process.
* Ensure students remain active and responsive during every stage of the process.
* Assist students in collecting and preparing required documents.
* Support students with visa-related guidance and updates.
* Maintain good relationships with students and provide excellent customer service.
* Achieve counseling and student conversion targets. Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Prior experience in overseas education counseling is preferred.
* Knowledge of international admissions and visa processes is an advantage.
* Ability to handle multiple student cases efficiently.
* Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills. Preferred Skills
* Sales and counseling ability.
* Confidence in handling student queries.
* Team coordination and organizational skills.
* Positive attitude and result-oriented approach. Job Type Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00
