We are looking for a cheerful, confident and well-communicating young coordinator to handle enquiries, guide parents through the process and coordinate appointments. Fresh candidates are welcome. Responsibilities
- Handle WhatsApp and phone enquiries
- Speak with students and parents politely and confidently
- Understand their concerns and guide them through the process
- Fix appointments and send reminders
- Coordinate Google Forms, payments and follow-ups
- Maintain enquiry and appointment records
- Ensure smooth communication flow between parents and specialists Preferred Qualities
- Cheerful and pleasant personality
- Valuable communication skills in Malayalam
- Basic English understanding
- Confident phone communication
- Organized and responsible nature
- Quick learner
- Patient and polite with parents and students Qualification
- Any Degree / Freshers can apply
