The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to inform them about our products/services, generate leads, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly and effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer interest.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer questions and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales team when required. Qualifications and Requirements:
- Good communication skills (local language + basic English preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Prior experience in telecalling/sales is an advantage (Freshers can also apply). Skills Required:
