Customer Success Associate (Pattom)

- Attend incoming customer inquiries via calls, messages, and emails professionally
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads generated through campaigns and referrals
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Season Two services
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed clients through effective communication
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Schedule and coordinate site visits and community tours
- Conduct client visits across communities when required
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead management
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding process
- Meet and exceed monthly conversion targets Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with senior clients and their families
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Robust follow-up and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to travel across communities for client visits
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Any Degree
