Job Description (JD) – Physician Assistant Location: Pattom / Nearby Area Preferred Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month Experience Required: 1–3 Years Age Limit: Up to 28 Years Department: Clinical / Patient Care Reports To: Duty Doctor / Consultant Position Summary We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Physician Assistant with 1–3 years of experience to support doctors in delivering quality patient care. The candidate should be flexible to handle overlapping responsibilities including billing support, pharmacy replacement duties, OT assistance, and clinical research activities whenever required. Key Responsibilities Clinical Assistance Assist doctors during patient consultations and examinations Record patient history, vital signs, and clinical observations Prepare patients for procedures and treatments Assist in wound dressing, diabetic foot care, and minor procedures Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation OT & Procedure Assistance Assist in OT preparation and minor surgical procedures Ensure instruments and consumables are arranged before procedures Support sterilization and infection control protocols Billing & Pharmacy Support Provide support in billing activities during staff shortage or overlapping duties Coordinate with pharmacy for medication dispensing and stock support Assist in pharmacy replacement duties when required Clinical Research & Documentation Support data collection and documentation for clinical research activities Maintain patient records and follow-up data accurately Assist doctors in preparing case summaries and reports Patient Care & Coordination Guide patients regarding medications, follow-up visits, and treatment plans Coordinate with nursing staff, laboratory, pharmacy, and administration Ensure patient comfort and smooth clinical workflow Eligibility Criteria Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in: Physician Assistant Studies Allied Health Sciences Nursing / Medical Assistant Course Experience: 1–3 years in hospital or clinical setup Age: Maximum 28 years Basic computer knowledge required Skills Required Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic clinical and OT assisting knowledge Ability to multitask and handle overlapping responsibilities Knowledge of billing/pharmacy workflow preferred Interest in clinical research and documentation Team-oriented and professional attitude Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates residing near Pattom are preferred Immediate joiners will be given preference Experience in diabetic foot care / wound care is an added advantage Salary & Perks Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month Training and career growth opportunities Exposure to multidisciplinary clinical practice Supportive work environment Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mr914
