Job Role: Welding and fabrication works for solar structures Installation support for solar projects Metal cutting, fitting, and assembly Follow safety and quality standards Site work and field support Basic knowledge of fabrication tools and installation techniques Ability to work in a team
Job Requirements:
Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Welding , or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience preferred in solar company Preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month
Advantages: Adaptable schedule Leave encashment Paid sick time
Ability to commute/relocate: Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience: Welder: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred)
