This is an on-site, full-time role as an Assistant Manager Finance located in Mankulam. The Assistant Manager Finance will manage financial operations, create financial reports, and analyze budgets to ensure effective financial performance. Responsibilities include assisting in financial forecasting, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, preparing compliance documents, and supporting overall financial administration. Contributing to strategic financial planning and ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant regulations will also be key aspects of this role.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com / BBA Finance)

CA / CMA (Inter or Final) / MBA Finance – preferred

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or similar roles

Preferred experience in project financing, including handling loans, funding proposals, or financial structuring

Proficiency in Financial Management, Budget Analysis, and Financial Reporting

Experience with Accounting Software and General Accounting Principles

Strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance and Taxation requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (a Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CA/CFA is a plus)

Prior experience in hospitality or related industries is an advantage

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control
