Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role as an Assistant Manager Finance located in Mankulam. The Assistant Manager Finance will manage financial operations, create financial reports, and analyze budgets to ensure efficient financial performance. Responsibilities include assisting in financial forecasting, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, preparing compliance documents, and supporting overall financial administration. Contributing to strategic financial planning and ensuring adherence to company policies and relevant regulations will also be key aspects of this role. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com / BBA Finance)
- CA / CMA (Inter or Final) / MBA Finance – preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or similar roles
- Preferred experience in project financing, including handling loans, funding proposals, or financial structuring
- Proficiency in Financial Management, Budget Analysis, and Financial Reporting
- Experience with Accounting Software and General Accounting Principles
- Strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance and Taxation requirements
- Problem-solving, Organization, and Decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Proven ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (a Master’s degree or skilled certifications such as CA/CFA is a plus)
- Prior experience in hospitality or related industries is an advantage Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control
- Experience in cash flow management and fund planning
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance (India)
- Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / Excel (advanced level preferred)
- Ability to coordinate with banks, auditors, and financial institutions
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability Preferred
- Experience in hospitality/resort industry finance
- Exposure to loan processing, project funding, or investor reporting
