With a dynamic work culture and student-centric approach, we strive to build future-ready professionals through innovation, mentorship, and continuous learning. --- Position: *Admissions Intern* *Location* Sardar Bhagwan Singh University (SBSU) is located on Gullar Ghati Road in Balawala, Dehradun, Uttarakhand *Internship Type* Full-Time Internship (3 months of duration) *Key Responsibilities* Conduct cold calls with prospective undergraduate students and parents to introduce academic programs and admission opportunities. Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission procedures in a professional and clear manner. Follow up with leads regularly and counsel interested students regarding suitable programs and career opportunities. Assist in converting student inquiries into successful admissions through effective communication and relationship management. Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems/Excel sheets on a daily basis. Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth execution of the admission cycle and onboarding process. Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents to enhance the overall admission experience. *Skills Required* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in interacting with students and parents professionally. Strong convincing and counselling abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Eligibility Criteria Undergraduate student or recent graduate.
