Maintenance Intern (Uttarakhand)

Diploma (Electrical and Plumbing) with 0-3 years of experience having awareness about health and safety, Work Ethics, Work Quality Learning Ability/Self Awareness Process Adherence/Adoption, Communication skills, Team handling, Clients handing, Training, Knowledge of O&M; of technical equipment, managements report, documents etc. 1. To look after School Projects/ Maintenance works i.e., Civil, All Electro-Mechanical equipments, DG set, Transformer, HT/LT (33 KV/440 volt) panels, Power Distribution & metering, Energy saving management, Plumbing system, Firefighting protection system, HVAC etc. 2. To ensure and plan work according to Assets and Protection with Safety. 3. To ensure water parameters (STP/RO) meets according to Compliance and audit. 4. To deploy manpower of Electro-Mechanical team. 5. Should have detailed knowledge of Civil, Electrical and Mechanical drawing, commissioning Testing Etc., 6. To have hands on experience of scheduling of preventive maintenance plans as per PM calendar and shut down activity for equipments. 7. To conduct Weekly/monthly/quarterly inspection and regularly maintenance to be carried out for Technical related equipments for hassle free operation. 8. To cross check and maintain all documents like logbooks, checklist, and history card of all equipment. 9. To follow up with AMC Team 10. To Check all technical material coming into the store for quality standards, 11. To ensure productive waste management, uninterrupted sewage treatment plant (STP), Safe disposable of e-waste, used batteries, return oil, etc., 12. To keep all engineering equipment upkeeping up to 99.5% or as per OEM recommendation for smooth operation, Improve critical system reliability, Calibration, Testing, Annual health check-up, etc of equipment to be completed well in time, supporting and resolving end user query on technical related issues.
