Credit Card Officer (Uttarakhand)

Job description Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers for Credit Cards through field visits, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Explain product features, card benefits, offers, and eligibility criteria to customers.
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and KYC completion as per bank guidelines.
- Generate business from partner channels.
- Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and micro marketing. Skills & Capabilities
- Solid communication and persuasion skills
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to influence and handle customer objections
- Basic understanding of financial products (FD, Account ( Saving account Current account) & credit cards.
- Good relationship-building and networking skills
