Job Title: Corporate Recruiter Internal Hiring (US Staffing) Location: Dehradun

Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years About the Role We are looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to manage internal hiring for our US Staffing business. The role involves hiring across multiple functions including IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Semiconductor, State, and Healthcare staffing teams. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end internal recruitment for US Staffing roles
- Hire for positions such as:
- US IT Recruiters
- Non-IT / Engineering / Semiconductor Recruiters
- State / Public Sector Recruiters
- Healthcare Recruiters
- Leadership roles including Team Leads (TL), Resource Managers (RM), Delivery Managers (DM)
- Support functions within US Staffing
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate with stakeholders for closures
- Ensure quality hiring with a focus on stability and performance track record
- Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure timely closures Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in internal hiring for US Staffing organizations
- Strong understanding of US recruitment roles across IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Semiconductor, State, and Healthcare domains
- Experience hiring for mid to senior-level roles (TL, RM, DM)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and high-volume hiring
- Solid sourcing and candidate assessment skills Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with prior experience in corporate/internal hiring within US Staffing firms
- Strong network and understanding of US recruitment ecosystem
