Workings Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Work Timings: 9:30 am
- 6 pm

Designation: Trainee Recruiter (Female) during 3 months of training period. Associate Recruiter after successful completion of the training period.

Compensation: Rs 15,000 pm during the training period of 3 months. Rs 20,000 pm after successful completion of the training period. Eligible for incentives post completion of training period.

About the Role: This is an exciting role for someone who believes in charting their own growth path. We are looking for someone who can work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of candidates from job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Headhunting- identifying and approaching suitable candidates
- Will have to manage complete candidate life cycle i.e. screening to on boarding
- Scheduling and conducting interviews
- Maintaining database of each candidate
- Taking interviews feedback
- Updating the client
- Posting of jobs and services offered by the organization on job portals and social media platforms
- Leading a team of junior recruiters
- Any other related task given by the management Requirements:
- Full time Graduation Degree. MBA pass-outs would be preferred.
- 3-12 months experience into recruitment preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English communication skills
