Resort Receptionist (Uttarakhand)

- Manage front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out.
- Handle reservations, process payments, and provide information about resort amenities and services.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

- Graduate degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a receptionist or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in hotel management software and reservation systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Robust organizational and administrative skills.
