Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate for a full-time, on-site role at our resort in Uttarakhand, India. As a Front Desk Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, making reservations, maintaining guest records, coordinating with hotel staff, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Robust Computer Literacy and familiarity with reservation and office software
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor
- Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns effectively
- Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus
