We are looking for a highly creative and research-oriented Script Writer who can transform ideas, concepts, and factual information into compelling narratives that engage, inform, and create impact. Position Overview The Script Writer will be responsible for developing high-quality scripts for documentaries, government communication films, ad films, digital campaigns, and other visual storytelling projects. This role requires strong research capabilities, excellent command of Hindi writing, and the ability to convert complex information into clear, emotionally engaging, and audience-friendly narratives. The ideal candidate should have strong awareness of current affairs, social issues, public communication, and storytelling techniques. Key Responsibilities Script Development
- Write compelling scripts for documentaries, ad films, awareness campaigns, TV spots, and branded content
- Develop original concepts and storytelling approaches based on project objectives
- Transform raw ideas, factual inputs, and briefs into structured narrative scripts
- Create impactful voice-over scripts, dialogue-based scripts, and concept notes. Requirements Research & Content Development
- Conduct in-depth research on assigned topics
- Gather relevant factual data, references, reports, and contextual information
- Study current affairs, policy developments, and socio-political trends relevant to projects
- Analyze client Requirements and convert them into meaningful script narratives Creative Conceptualization
- Generate fresh creative ideas for campaigns and films
- Develop narrative structures that communicate complex messages effectively
- Create emotionally engaging and audience-centric storytelling formats
- Convert extempore concepts into polished creative scripts Collaboration
- Work closely with creative directors, assistant directors, editors, and production teams
- Participate actively in brainstorming and ideation sessions
- Align scripts with visual treatment and production feasibility Script Revision & Optimization
- Revise scripts based on internal and client feedback
- Adapt scripts according to changing project Requirements
- Ensure clarity, impact, and narrative flow in final drafts Deadline Management
