Job Summary We are hiring a Social & Digital Media Marketing Executive to drive lead generation and brand visibility through digital platforms. The role focuses on executing high-performance campaigns across social media and paid channels. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Run and optimize paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) for lead generation
- Generate daily qualified leads and improve conversion rates
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, ad creatives, captions)
- Monitor campaign performance (CPL, ROI, CTR, conversions)
- Coordinate with sales team to improve lead quality
