Production Department Shift Supervisor / Production Engineer / Assistant Manager Location: Sitarganj, Uttarakhand Industry: 220/400 KV Power Transformer Manufacturing Experience: 5–15 Years

Job Responsibilities: Handle production activities in 220/400 KV power transformer manufacturing. Supervise shift operations, manpower planning, and production targets. Monitor transformer manufacturing processes including core assembly, winding, tanking, testing, and dispatch activities. Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and process discipline. Coordinate with planning, quality, maintenance, and design departments for smooth production flow. Troubleshoot production-related issues and improve productivity. Maintain production reports, shift records, and MIS documentation. Support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Required Skills: Experience in power transformer manufacturing industry is mandatory. Solid knowledge of transformer production processes and shop floor operations. Ability to handle manpower and production planning activities. Valuable leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Knowledge of safety standards and quality systems.
