Molecular Diagnostics and Therapy requires a polite, organized, and patient-oriented Front Desk Executive to be associated with our Dehradun facility. This is a full time job for people who like patients and want to see that the front office runs smoothly in a healthcare setting.

Primary Responsibilities

Greet and service patients, visitors, and attendants properly

Patient registration, scheduling, and billing coordination

Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries effectively

Keep patient records and the daily front office report

Integrate with physicians, technicians, and other in-house departments

Make sure that the reception area is clean and tidy

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

Graduate or diploma holder (any stream)

Prior experience in a hospital, diagnostic Centre, or clinic preferred

Fluency in Hindi and English

Familiarity with front office systems is an advantage
