Role Description Fathom Tech Service Company is seeking a full-time Cyber Risk Manager for an on-site position located in Uttarakhand, India. The Cyber Risk Manager will oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of cybersecurity risks to ensure the security of organizational assets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing risk management frameworks, performing risk assessments, monitoring for potential threats, and coordinating incident response measures. The role also involves advising leadership on best practices and compliance with security policies and regulations. Qualifications
- Risk Analysis, Vulnerability Assessment, and Risk Mitigation expertise
- Knowledge of IT Security Policies, Compliance Standards, and Cybersecurity Best Practices
- Experience with Incident Response, Threat Monitoring, and Security Incident Management
- Strong understanding of Network Security, Data Protection, and Threat Intelligence
- Proficiency in Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, and Decision-Making Skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
- Proven experience in cybersecurity and risk management roles
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable
