Role Application Support Lead
- Microsoft Relevant Experience 7 to 10 years in supporting applications developed using Microsoft .NET technology stack of which the last 5 years were spent in leading a Support & Maintenance Team Build sound understanding of the supported application estate. Hands-on role. Guide junior team members are required. Take responsibility for the Team s performance. Provide periodic updates to the leadership Team as required. Resolve Support Tickets in a timely manner. Ability to work directly with Customer IT / Business Teams as required. Good analytical skills for effective troubleshooting & problem-solving. Root Cause Analysis & Problem Management. Work on Minor Enhancements Keep documentation current and prepare SOPs for routine tasks. Collaborate with internal & external teams to provide end-to-end resolution across Application & Infrastructure issues. Identify and implement automation opportunities. Work in Shifts, if required. The Role offers An excellent opportunity to work in an engagement team that provides mission-critical application management services for Customer. High visibility, chance to interact with multiple groups within the organization, technology vendors and implementation partners. Individual(s) with passion to learn and adapt to current technologies quickly can scale to the next level easily. Encourages innovation & provides ample opportunities to identify & automate routine activities. Must have sound knowledge of ASP.Net, C#, Web API. Must have working knowledge of Azure, HTML, CSS & JavaScript. Valuable knowledge of Angular and/or React, Nunit, Entity Framework, SQL Server 2014, Jquery, PL/SQL & WCF. Understanding of Design Pattens & Agile methodology. Familiarity with ServiceNow & JIRA. Understanding of ITIL Service Lifecycle. Essential Qualification MCA / Equivalent master s in computers is a must Salary Range Not Specified
