Customer Support Executive (Women's Fashion Brand) (Singanallur)

Hello June is a women's apparel brand that designs and creates everything in-house, from silhouettes to embroidery patterns. We serve women across India through our online store and we're growing fast. We're a small, tight-knit team and we take customer experience seriously because our customers aren't just buyers, they're our community. What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to customer queries across email, WhatsApp, and Instagram DMs in a timely, friendly and professional manner
- Tracking orders and checking NDR (non-delivery) statuses with logistics partners, and following up to resolve them
- Coordinating with the internal production and operations team when queries need more than a standard response
- Maintaining response quality and keeping customers informed throughout their journey, from order to delivery
- Logging recurring issues and flagging patterns to help us improve processes over time What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and spoken English, this is non-negotiable
- A warm, patient and solution-oriented communication style
- Someone who is comfortable using tools like WhatsApp Business, email clients, and Instagram
- Basic comfort with spreadsheets or any order management/logistics platform is a plus
- Prior experience in customer support, especially in e-commerce or fashion, is a bonus but not mandatory
- Good at staying organised when multiple queries are coming in at once
- Fluency in spoken Hindi is a strong advantage.
- Must have your own laptop or desktop computer with a secure internet connection. Work Setup This role starts as a fully remote (work from home) position. As we grow and set up our office in Coimbatore, we'll transition this into a full-time in-office role. Ideal if you're based in or around Coimbatore and are open to that shift. Working Hours Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM Pay: ₹14,000.00
