Inward Management Executive ( Fresher) (Avarampalayam)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inward Executive to manage incoming materials, stock verification, GRN process, and coordination with dispatch and purchase teams. The candidate should ensure accurate inward entry, proper documentation, and smooth warehouse operations. Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials from suppliers and transporters
- Verify quantity and quality of received items with PO/invoice
- Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) records
- Update inward entries in system/Excel/Zoho
- Coordinate with purchase, dispatch, and warehouse teams
- Check damaged or missing materials and report immediately
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, delivery challans, and documents
- Monitor stock movement and inward status
- Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of materials in warehouse
- Follow company SOP and safety procedures Requirements
- MBA (Logistics & supply chain management)
- 0-1 years experience in warehouse, stores, or inward operations preferred
- Freshers with good knowledge and interest can also apply
- Basic knowledge in Excel and inventory handling
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and responsibility in work Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GRN and stock maintenance
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Familiarity with Zoho or ERP software is an added advantage Pay: ₹16,000.00
