Job Overview We are seeking a Creative Web Designer in digital marketing and advertising builds visually appealing, user-friendly websites and digital assets that capture attention and drive sales. Blend artistic design with marketing psychology to create web pages, ad banners, and email campaigns that keep audiences engaged and promote the brand. Bridge the gap between creative marketing strategies and technical execution. Key Responsibilities:
- High-Converting Landing Pages: Designing and building custom landing pages optimized for specific advertising campaigns (PPC, social ads) to maximize conversions.
- Ad Creative & Asset Production: Developing visually compelling digital ad banners, social media assets (Meta, LinkedIn, Facebook), and interactive elements that align with brand guidelines.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continually testing and tweaking website layouts, typography, form fields, and Call-to-Action (CTA) buttons based on user behavior data.
- Email Design & Development: Creating responsive, visually striking HTML/CSS email templates that render cleanly across all major email clients Required Skills:Creative & Visual Design
- UI/UX Design: Wireframing, prototyping, and mapping user journeys using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Graphic Production: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create crisp, scalable assets.
- Brand Consistency: Ability to translate complex marketing strategies into a cohesive visual language across various media. Front-End Technical Skills
- HTML5 & CSS3: Semantic coding structure to ensure web pages are accessible, SEO-friendly, and lightweight.
- Responsive Frameworks: Understanding media queries or utilizing frameworks to ensure seamless experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
- CMS Proficiency: Experience working with and customizing code within platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or HubSpot. Marketing & Advertising Awareness
- Technical SEO: Understanding how page structure, heading tags ( , ), and image compression affect search engine rankings and page load speeds.
- Marketing Analytics: Basic understanding of how tracking scripts (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixels) are embedded into code to monitor campaign success.
