Warehouse Executive Singanallur

Role : Executive Warehouse.

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for supporting effective warehouse operations, including material receipt, storage, inventory control, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors. This person ensures accuracy in stock handling, timely updates to inventory records, and compliance with company processes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Receive products from Suppliers and unload trucks at designated loading/unloading points. Verify materials loaded or unloaded against Purchase Invoices and delivery documents. Ensure accurate storage, labelling, and placement of goods in designated locations. To Co-ordinate with warehouse loadman / labours to dispatch materials to customer locations. Update inventory records as recent products are received or dispatched. Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or stock variances promptly. Ensure proper documentation for all inbound and outbound goods, including invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and other records.

Qualifications & Skills

· Minimum 12th pass; Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

· Preferably 0–3 years in warehouse or logistics operations.

· Basic computer skills, experience with inventory or warehouse systems preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹20,000.00 per month
