Stores Manager, Perambalur

We are looking for an experiencedStores Managerto oversee and manage all aspects of the store operations in our Perambalur location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory control, supply chain coordination, vendor management, and team supervision within theFMCG, Retail, or Food industry.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store department
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
• Monitor inbound and outbound materials, ensuring proper documentation
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in storage and dispatch
• Manage and train store staff to maintain efficiency and accuracy
• Conduct regular audits and reports for stock, wastage, and discrepancies
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security standards are met in the store area
• Liaise with vendors and transporters to ensure timely delivery and dispatch

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Stores Management in FMCG, Retail, or Food Industry
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and stock management techniques
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in using MS Excel and inventory management software
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
