This is a full-time in office role located in Tiruvallur for a Product Developer.

The Product

Developer will lead and execute projects related to the development of new products from concept to launch.

Key responsibilities include conducting research and development, collaborating with teams on product management strategies, applying expertise in food technology to improve formulations or designs, and ensuring alignment with industry standards and client needs. The role requires a collaborative approach to transform ideas into successful, market-ready products. Qualifications

Robust skills in Communication to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Proficient in Research and Development (R&D;) with a focus on identifying solutions and processes for product innovation

Experience in Product Management to oversee lifecycle stages and align projects with business goals

Background in Food Technology for technical expertise in formulation, quality control, and compliance

Proven skills in Product Development for planning, testing, and launching successful products

Ability to work on-site in Tiruvallur and robust problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Food Technology, Product Management, or Engineering
