Sales Engineer (Perumbavoor)

We are a growing steel construction company specializing in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) for factories, warehouses, and commercial structures. With consistent growth and strong project execution, we are expanding our sales team to drive the next phase of growth. Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer who can combine technical understanding with strong sales skills to drive PEB project acquisition. Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop leads for PEB/industrial building projects
- Meet architects, consultants, contractors, and industrial clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable PEB solutions
- Coordinate with design and estimation teams for BOQ and proposals
- Prepare techno-commercial offers and follow up for closures
- Maintain strong client relationships and repeat business
- Update CRM regularly with lead status and follow-ups Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years experience in PEB / steel / construction sales (preferred)
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of drawings, BOQ, and costing
- Willingness to travel for client meetings What We Offer
