- March 14, 2025 Job Summary: Client of Talentegrity is looking for a Project Manager who could manage a team of 20-25 IT professionals (Python, Java, C# etc). Incumbent must understand MES, PLC / Industry 4.0 / IoT from manufacturing process automation perspective (automotive domain preferred, though not mandatory) CTC budget : 15
- 20L/annum 6 days working (Work from office) Responsibilities:
- Manage projects in Automotive or Manufacturing domain
- Compliance / Controls / Data integrity etc
- Manage a team of about 25 software engineers who work in MES / Industry 4.0 environment
- Integration of MES/SCADA with ERP Systems / similar systems
- Inspiring the team, help guide the team to complete the projects and commitment to deadlines
- Initiatives to improve efficiency / quality etc
- Go the extra mile, co-ordinate and collaborate with other teams to ensure the project successfully completed Candidate Skills:
- Must be familiar with MES / Industry 4.0 / SCADA systems
- Should have handled project management (Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid), resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, risk mitigation
- Should have handled a team (People management, Conflict management, Deadlines, Objectives, KPIs)
- Excellent Stake holder management skills
