UI/UX Designer (Perungudi)

Experience: 2+ yrs Location: Perungudi, Chennai Key Skills: UI/UX Design Principles, Wireframing, Prototyping & User Flows, User Research & Usability Testing, Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Responsive Web & Mobile App Design, Design Systems & Component Libraries, Information Architecture & Interaction Design, Typography, Color Theory & Visual Hierarchy, Dashboard & SaaS Product Design, Accessibility Standards (WCAG), Graphic Design & Branding, Collaboration with Developers & Product Teams, Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Figma Dev Mode & Design Handoff. Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user journeys, and interaction flows.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, QA, and stakeholders for seamless design implementation.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, UI components, and brand consistency.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized across devices and platforms.
- Translate business requirements into user-centric and functional design solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and continuous product improvements.
- Manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design best practices.
- Experience in SaaS, Dashboard, or Enterprise Product Design
- Knowledge of branding, marketing creatives, and social media visuals
- Basic motion design and micro-interactions
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and modern design tools Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern, responsive, and user-focused designs.
- Hands-on expertise in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
- Robust understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Excellent creativity, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver projects within deadlines. Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year Benefits:
